Pineapple Garnish - Cut the skin off of your pineapple. Thinly slice your pineapple (1/8" thick). Pat dry with a paper towel. Place each slice onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 200 degrees F for 2-3 hours. Let cool in a muffin tin to curl
Ice - Fill a glass with ice (we love a coupe or a wine glass)
Add - Pour in your amaretto, pineapple juice and top with sparkling water. Stir gently.
Garnish with your Pineapple flower or just a slice of fresh pineapple and some berries.
