- 3/4 oz lemon or orange juice
- 1/2 oz Cointreau (or any orange liqeuer)
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz orange sparkling water
- small cup of popcorn
- ice
- mini clothespin for garnish

In a cocktail shaker, combine rum, orange/lemon juice , Cointreau, and simple syrup.
Add ice and shake well until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with 2 oz of orange San Pellegrino.
Carefully clip the small paper or plastic condiment cup of popcorn the the rim using a mini clothespin.
Serve Immediately – and snap a photo before the popcorn disapears.
